Rent One

My name is Don. I'm a delivery tech and I have been for a few years and I love it. We deliver everyt Pretty much anyt Rent one is really good about if I'm going on a replacement call or repair call something Why go through the hassle of taking it, coming back, t Now the customer's gonna have to be without potentially. So we don't believe in temporary fixes. We're gonna swap out that unit. Whatever is defective, we'll take that one back but they are good. That's the way it should be. We take the problem away. They're not paying for problems. A good day at rent one. When I open that back door to the dock and I see enough to fill a truck, that's a good day. I'm gonna have a lot of stops. I'm gonna interact with a lot of people. New customers may have a repair or two in there and that's okay. I do I know I can make their problem go away. I'm confident in that. That's a good day and the people I work with, especially when we're all getting huddled during the day around that dock and we're getting the trucks loaded and we're talking, we're catc Yeah, it's nice. It's the prices. As a technician, we're not just delivering. We have to have some sort of mechanical skill or handyman ability. I prefer the rent one environment because it allows me to still offer my skill and make the customer happy at a second level. It's great as a delivery guy. I don't have to say, well, let's call back in the office and schedule a technician. If it'somet So either way, the customer is going to be happy. That's the good stuff right there.
